He has a solid academic background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Instituto Tecnológico Superior de la Región Sierra, a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from the Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco, and a PhD in Administration from the Universidad Valle de Grijalva.
